RETURNS POLICY

We gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 14 days of delivery except for clearance and sale items which are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.

You may obtain return authorization via emailing sticksandstonest4u@gmail.com. The authorization requests must be made within 7 days from when your order is delivered. The merchandise must be received within 14 days. You are responsible for returned postage for shipping. Your carrier is your choice and it is advised that you obtain tracking for your return. Shipping charges are not refundable. Do not send items back without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you.

Once your return is checked in, you will be sent an email to let you know it has been received.

Shortly thereafter you will receive a second email confirming the refund has been issued.
